Because every SurpriseLink is custom-coded with individual photos, personalized typography, and cloud hosting, cancellations cannot be made once coding has begun. However, we provide free unlimited minor revisions within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
3. Browser Compatibility
Our templates are tested on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and WhatsApp web views. Due to browser autoplay policies, mobile operating systems require a single user tap on the "Tap to Open" gift box before audio playback can begin.
