Because SurpriseLink products are highly personalized digital assets created with custom design, photo processing, and cloud hosting, orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

2. Free Unlimited Minor Revisions

Your satisfaction is our highest priority! If you notice any typo, want to change a photo, or replace the background song, our support team will update your link free of charge within 24 hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

A full 100% refund will be granted only under the following situations:

• If we fail to deliver your digital surprise link prior to your specified deadline (subject to form submission rules).
• If duplicate payments occurred due to a gateway error.
