1. Service Description

SurpriseLink by TopInKART provides personalized digital web page greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, and celebratory events delivered through digital web links.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to upload explicit, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful photographs, texts, or audio. TopInKART reserves the right to decline or terminate orders containing unauthorized or harmful content.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is fulfilled within 30 minutes to 3 hours after complete details and images are submitted through our designated Google Form. Delays caused by incomplete form details or faulty media files are not the responsibility of SurpriseLink.

4. Intellectual Property

All template designs, graphics, interactions, sound code engines, and layouts belong to TopInKART. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and share your unique customized web greeting link.
